Desiree is the Senior Instructional Designer for FTE Microlearning. She brings extensive experience in instructional and learning experience design with expertise in crafting and developing engaging eLearning content. Desiree has spearheaded multiple learning programs over the last 15 years, including coverage of advanced analytics for process industries with deeper dives into statistical quality control as both an analytics engineer and eLearning developer. Her multifaceted expertise is instrumental in creating and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences.
Notable experience and accomplishments:
Before joining the FTE Microlearning team, Desiree worked as a Senior Analytics Engineer for Seeq, the first application dedicated to processing data analytics. She is the progenitor of Seeq’s Learning Program and their Learning Metrics & Technology Program. Desiree has experience in instructional design and eLearning consulting for a civil and environmental engineering firm and laboratory.
Desiree holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Texas A&M University-CC and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Texas A&M University-K. She has also achieved certifications in cybersecurity (CC) from (ISC)2 and in training program management (CPTM) from Training Industry, Inc.
