• Co-Author, international bestseller Ignite Your Leadership: Proven Tools to Energize Teams, Fuel Momentum and Accelerate Results
• Facilitating in-person and virtual professional development, culture enhancement and strategic planning sessions for 30+ corporate, industry associational and non-profit organization clients.
• Published three Department of Energy (DOE) Lighting Technology Energy Solutions (LITES) Reports: 1) Measurement & Verification Report, 2) Utilities Incentive Recommendation Report, and 3) Final Technical Program Report.
• Developed and launched $2.8B,11-year California Solar Initiative Program as key member of an assigned California Public Utilities Commission statewide working group.
• Secured $45.5M in Self-Generation Incentive Program Funding for San Diego Region as Program Manager for California Center for Sustainable Energy
• Spearheaded integration and delivery of engine for first Ford hybrid fuel cell prototype vehicle, unveiled ahead of schedule at 2002 New York International Auto Show as Xcellsis Field Engineer.
• Created first robotic guidance system installation training manual as Project Engineer at Perceptron.

Prior to consulting, Nathalie last served as Director of Smart Grid Initiatives at NextEnergy, Detroit MI. Throughout her accomplished energy industry career, she held various roles senior manager, director, and executive roles providing leadership, consultative sales, program management, strategic project development, and training solutions to assist clients with implementing over $500M in energy efficiency, sustainability, and renewable energy programs/projects.

Nathalie holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and is LEED Accredited Professional. She is a certified Barrett Values Centre Culture Assessment, Leadership Development and Coaching Consultant, Canfield Advanced Success Principles Methodology Trainer, and FranklinCovey Facilitator.
